My Students
Because I believe in providing my students with a very organized and structured environment, I want them to have the best available options to be successful. When they come to school, I want them to feel safe and secure in an environment that is conducive to learning. Some of my students plan on coming to school daily for that safe and caring feeling that they know everything will be all right. They know that school is a place of learning in a safe environment.
My Project
Because so many people are amazing, I was just recently able to provide my students with more Chromebooks for the classroom. We use a program in our building, IREADY, that helps student to work at their own independent levels. They take a pretest at the beginning of the year that lets them know exactly what specifically they need to work on. This helps to differentiate individual instruction based on need. Now that we will be receiving the Chromebooks, we need headphones to plug into the Chromebooks to use with IREADY. We will also use the Chromebooks and headphones for other cross curricular lessons as well! Thank you for all your help and support!
