My Students

My students are an excited and interested group of 5th graders. A quarter of my class of 28 are emergent bilinguals. I am endorsed in teaching ELL students and am eager to help highlight all students strengths while we are working towards grade level standards in all areas. Our school is a very welcoming and positive place with many teachers who go above and beyond for our students. I consider both the students and myself lucky to be at our school.

My Project

Students will benefit from being able to focus while using our blended technology programs with the help of these sturdy headphones. Often there are multiple groups working in different areas and other teachers and support staff in the room which can get noisy. With these headphones, students will be able to ignore distractions and focus on their work.

Sometimes students learn best with a little noise and conversations, but others need to drown out other sounds and focus on their own thinking.

I have purchased other (cheaper) headphones in the past and they never make it through the whole school year! These have great reviews and are built to last.
