Help me give my students headphones for their at home learning spaces since they will allow them to participate fully in class.

My Students
I teach at a small urban school in San Francisco. Students come from areas of the city with high rates of poverty and trauma. We work to create a learning space where students are excited and feel safe to learn. Now this happens by creating an inviting and engaging environment in their homes.
I believe that students create independent learning skills by being in control of their learning space.
Students become aware of their cognitive strengths. These skills will support them through the rest of their learning lives.
My Project
Some students live in very busy homes. There can be a lot of noise when they are participating in online learning. These headphones with the microphone attached help students speak their thoughts and hear the thoughts of classmates.
Students are developing their speaking skills while learning at home.
It is most important that they have an equal chance to hear others and speak for themselves.
Having headphones will minimize their distractions and help them focus on their computer screens. It will help them feel more connected to our class and their classmates.
