This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love getting a pair of headphones while they sit at our listening center during small groups, however, I only have four pairs. Receiving these headphones will give my students each their own pair of headphones to use in the classroom throughout our school day. They love working on ST Math and Lexia during the day, but sometimes it is hard to focus with the background noise of other students' computers. As of right now I do not have enough headphones for all of my students to use them during this time, but I know my students would be so excited to have the option. These headphones will also be very helpful during computer-based testing that needs to be completed throughout the school year.
