This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students in my classroom are very active learners. We use technology and our Chrome Books for various projects and instructional programs. The problem we have is many of our headphones are broken and do not work so some students are unable to use a headphone.

My students come from a lower economic area and we do not have school money to replace old or broken headphones.

The only time some of my students get to access technology is in my classroom. They deserve working and up to date technology and devices for their learning.

My Project

The head phones will be used with the classroom set of Chrome Books. They will allow the students to listen to books, presentations, and applications or programs with sound and not bother others in the room. Without the use of headphones the students often bother others and the room is very noisy and unproductive. They use of headphones will benefit the students learning needs.

With the donation for the headphones.

My students will have access to things not currently available to them as well as a quiet working environment. When students can focus and not be distracted by others computers and noise they will be more productive in class.
