Headphones for All Kinder Students!

Help me give my students (ALL KINDERS) access to technology. Right now, all students have 1-to-1 access to an iPad, but no headphones. This makes it very hard for students to concentrate, and maximize their use of technology.

My Students

I teach at a K-5 public school in Seattle, WA. My school is made up of many migrant families who are ELL, and low-income. Even so, our school sets very high standards for our kids and their families, and everyone rises to them. Our school motto is "Whatever is takes for each and every kids.", and everything we do is through that lens.

Our school is continually improving in all areas - our attendance, test scores, programs, and making our school and entire community a better place.

We are being recognized for our hard work year after year from our district and state. Our kids are so amazing, and come to school ready to work hard, be scholars, and make a difference!

My Project

By having these headphones, ALL kindergarten students at my school will have full, uninterrupted access to technology. Right now, all kids have 1-to-1 access to an iPad, but we have NO headphones. The teachers want to use the iPads, however we often use the iPads during small groups, which makes it very hard for other groups to concentrate. I am asking for 100 headphones for ALL of our kindergarten students. I wanted the foam headphones for comfort, durability, and easy cleaning. These headphones will stay at school, and be used year after year.
