it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are lifelong learners who are eager to learn about themselves, each other, and the world around them. They ask the most questions, have the brightest ideas, and solve every problem at hand. They are creative and intelligent thinkers. Help them!
My Project
This will be my fifth year teaching fourth grade at this school, and my first year inviting students to an incredible year of learning through Zoom. The world is asking so much from our students and their families right now.
There are endless challenges with learning from home.
One big challenge which my students shared is difficulty hearing. Students are often sharing a room with another sibling who is also learning on Zoom or are working in a place at home where they cannot be alone. This affects their understanding, engagement, and access to learning tremendously.
