Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
We are looking for help in purchasing headphones that will be used for special ed. students in daily learning situations and testing. Students are currently using programs like I ready that help them learn math with auditory clues and prompting. They also use headphones for programs like lexia, readtheory, and daily news lessons. The state also requires testing with headphones for auditory problems during the national reading tests and our school district is using diagnostic testing with I ready. We will also purchase school supplies that will help keep students organized like school folders as well as basic supplies like pencils. Thank you for your kind donations.
