My Students

Hello! I am a very energetic and dedicated fourth year, fourth grade teacher at an elementary school in Philadelphia. My students love learning and especially love to read!

My class is comprised of twenty-four amazing and unique students.

I teach a self-contained classroom including six special education inclusion students. The majority of the students at my school receive free or reduced-price lunch. Access to supplies is limited at my school and your help is greatly appreciated! Thank you for your support!

My Project

I am requesting headphones and a new Chromebook for my Philadelphia School District classroom. Students are constantly arguing over the five pairs of headphones I have available in my classroom. I am requesting a set of 50 so I can give each student their own pair of headphones to keep in their desk. This will save a lot of arguments and disruptions from students using programs like iReady without headphones. I also believe my students will take more ownership and responsibility if they have their very own pair of headphones to keep.

My students will be so excited to get their very own brand new pair of headphones to use in the classroom.

They will be able to use our online intervention programs without turning up the volume and interrupting the rest of the class. I am also requesting a new Chromebook to increase access to online intervention programs. Thank you for helping!!
