Help me give my students a pair of headphones for them to use while accessing reading and math programs on their iPads.

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work with amazing and hard-working 6-7 year olds. My students come to school every day excited, ready to learn, and full of passion. These students come from low socio-economic families.
Students use their iPads to support classroom learning in the classroom as well as at home.
We use academic programs such as iready math, Amplify Reading, Zearn math , as well as Scratch Jr to review what was taught in class. Students have a hard time hearing their programs without headphones. The noise distraction becomes intense in the classroom and the students cannot hear their programs.
Something as easy as headphones could resolve the issue, but our school does not have the funds to purchase a set of headphones for each child in my class.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
