My Project
The materials within this Donorschoose project include items such as SEL books, and fidget items, as well as popular toy items such as Legos and other STEM-related building toys.
The idea behind this is that it will provide students not only items for indoor recess or earned fun time but also outlets for strong emotions. Many modern classrooms of all grade levels have calm door corners or other methods of de-escalating emotional responses within the classroom. These items will be used in the same way within my room.
