Pre-school students learn a lot through playing. They enjoy exploring new things and get so excited when we get something new for them to play with. They need to work on fine motor skills, social emotional behavior, as well as pre-academics like letters and sounds and counting.
These materials will help my students be able to have fun while learning by creating their own art, counting with manipulatives, and writing with dry erase markers.
I asked for different types of car tracks, because I have some students that are functioning at a younger age, and these are things they are very interested in. I also asked for dry erase pages and markers, because my students love to trace their names and shapes, and these make it so fun and easy to erase mistakes. They have really been enjoying counting, so the ten frames, magna tiles and counters will make that so fun.
I often create materials for my students because they each have their own individual goals to work on and as well and these materials will help me work on those in a fun way.
