FULLY FUNDED! Mrs. Aceves's classroom raised $212

Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students come from a low-income/high-poverty school in Los Angeles. At my school, one hundred percent of the students receive free or reduced-price lunch. Many of them are second language learners. Despite their circumstances, they are eager to learn and discover the world around them.
To encourage their love for reading, your donation will go to buying a class set of literature books.
My students will spend the year diving into books, taking adventures with Dan and Amy from The 39 Clues series. I have asked for hardback books so that your donation will benefits my future students as well.
Nearly all students from low‑income households
Data about students' economic need comes from the National Center for Education Statistics, via our partners at MDR Education. Learn more
