My Project
After being a remote teacher and seeing firsthand what some of these students have gone through this past year and a half has been such a eye opening experience. COVID has impacted students' learning in more ways than most of us can comprehend. Not only have students been hit with academic delays, but also social and emotional interactions as well. This is something I have seen my students really struggle with this year.
Building social connections with one another and learning social cues from their peers has been very difficult for most of my students.
By having these LEGOs it will improve my students' problem solving, communication, literacy as working with instructions, fine motor, organization, planning, and critical thinking skills.
I have seen how students' playing can turn into the best time to learn, and I would hope these LEGOs help them grow even more!
