My Project

We need a few odds and ends to make the school day run more smoothly. We need reading books easy enough for 1st graders to read. These books will be sent home with my struggling readers. We also need headphones to use with our Chromebooks daily. We would also like a wobble stool.

Kids don't sit still!

An uncomfortable first grader is a distracted student. Our classroom needs more comfortable places to learn. We would like a wobble stool that will keep my first graders upright as they wiggle and fidget while sitting. It will be placed at one of our tables and rotated weekly, along with our other alternative seating, so that all of the students may have a chance to use it.

We are tired of sitting still all day. This alternative seating will allow us to wobble, rock, and fidget as we complete our work.
