My Project

My district provided tables for my classroom but the chairs we have available are cheap folding chairs that break easily. While my students are great sports and find the humor when chairs break during class, it is also quite distracting!

My high school students are social learners so I love to use groups for collaborative learning!

These padded chairs will keep my students engaged in learning by reducing distractions and increasing their comfort during our 90 minute block class periods.

My administrators have been unsuccessful at finding funds to buy chairs in our underfunded district for 2 years so I am thankful for the generous community at Donor's Choose!
