My students need one incubator with an automatic egg turner to realize the excitement of watching life happen.

Which came first the chicken or the egg? Do you know the answer? Hello, I am a special education teacher for a high school classroom that supports many subjects including English, social studies, science, and basic skills. As a special education school we try to service our students specific to their individual learning styles. 94% of the students in this school are provided with free or reduced breakfast and lunch in accordance to financial status. As we try to realize the physical and emotional needs of our students it is also important to make gains in their educational needs as well.
Few of these students have ever been provided with a chance to experience the beauty of life. This year in my science classes I would love to provide my students with the opportunity to see a baby chick hatching from its protective shell and watch as it takes those first awkward steps as it too begins to experience life. Like the chick, many of these students have not been given a chance to break out of the shell built around them. Together we can help guide them through the process of breaking through their own shells.
Through your donation, I will be better able to provide a protective, engaging learning environment that allows my students to actively learn the stages of life as they experience one of the most beautiful occurrences found in nature. Through this experience they will realize how amazing the world is through watching a live animal grow before their eyes as it hatches from an egg and grows towards adulthood.
It is only through your help that I am able to provide these experiences to my students. Please help me realize my dreams and allow me to provide hands on learning experiences for these students. I thank you, and they will thank you. It is only together that we can make a difference in their lives! Thank you so very much!
