My Project

Self-reflection, conflict management, and social-emotional development are areas my students need to develop the most, and using the Harry Potter book series is approachable and relatable.

Reading the Harry Potter book series with the accompanying books like "How the Harry Potter Books Teach Us to Deal with Difficult Situations" and "What Would Harry Potter Do?" will help me prepare to help my students develop social-emotional and conflict management skills next school year.

With journaling through the book studies, I will make connections in mindfulness, character growth and development, and conflict management so I can bring those connections to my students.

Also in this request are a few items to help me organize my book study as well as keep my study lessons at the forefront of my mind as we progress in the school year.
