Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students work extremely hard to learn all the things they need to in kindergarten. Because they like to work so hard I like to reward them with a variety of objects. Sometimes its; candy, pencils, erasers, little prizes or big prizes which allows for different prizes to be used for different activities and successes.
My students receive prizes for a variety of different reason, some being: completing homework, following classroom expectation, doing well on assignments or tests, treating our friends with respect, putting in their best effort even when it is hard work.
I enjoy being able to really celebrate with my students and show them when I am proud of them. I love when they work hard and appreciate just saying good job. But I also like to add a little more motivation at times by allowing them to choose a prize. As educators we expect for all students to learn a lot every single day and these students really try their best and it is important to reward their hard work. So, thank you for letting me reward my students because of your donation.
