Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach in a title 1 school. This means our students do not have many resources. The holidays can become very stressful and disappoint for kids who do not have a lot. I want to give my students a little gift.

This gift will show them that I care about them and help those who do not have much to feel more included in the holiday festivities.

I never want a student to hate the holiday season because of the situation they are in.

These kids deserve the world and have to deal with so much in their lives. Finding something small to bring them joy is a goal I want to meet. I believe that a gift from me, showing that I care, will give them joy and help them feel love.
