Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am requesting support to provide my students with essential classroom supplies that will enhance their learning experience and help maintain an organized, engaging, and supportive environment. Reward toys are a key part of our classroom management system, used to motivate and celebrate student achievements, big and small. A laminating machine is also needed to preserve instructional materials, student work, and reusable learning tools, helping them last throughout the school year. Chair pouches will allow students to store their supplies neatly at their desks, promoting independence and reducing lost learning time. I’m also requesting basic supplies such as pencils and crayons, which are used daily and must be restocked regularly to ensure every child is equipped to participate fully in classroom activities. Snacks are another important need, as some students come to school without having eaten, and a small, healthy snack can make a big difference in their focus and energy. Lastly, sheet protectors will help safeguard important documents and learning materials, allowing for easy reuse and organization. These resources will make a meaningful difference in our classroom and directly support student success.
