My Students
I teach a classroom of 6-7 year olds, who are so excited to learn new things.
My students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions!
They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions! I teach using Learning Stations for Reading and Math and it is my students favorite part of the day! Students are earning without even realizing they are learning. Learning stations are fun engaging and teachers lots of social skills.
My Project
My students will benefit from hands on self correcting activities to build their confidence with language arts and math.
Having a digraph center and silent e practice center will provide students with independent practice to enhance the core instructional time.
This would help students practice spelling and phonics patterns in a meaningful way!
My class utilizes learning stations each day for independent differentiated practice. This is their favorite time of the day. Having fun folder games and number sense activities makes learning fun and meaningful!
