My students need an organizer, markers, and construction paper to complete all of their hands-on Social Studies projects.

My Students
Can you imagine attempting to do hands on projects with limited art supplies? Well, that's what my students face each time they are assigned a project.
My students are an amazing group of seventh and eighth grade students from Illinois who truly love coming to school every single day.
Our school is a charter school, so while our academics are quite strong, we don't always have the money and supplies to aid in enriching the learning at school.
My Project
These supplies will give an almost unlimited supply of paper and markers to my students. Not only that, we will be able to maintain these supplies with the classroom organizer. I use these supplies at least once a week, and keeping them in tip top shape is my number one goal. The markers and colored paper will allow students to go above and beyond with "hands on" projects, as usually they are confined to whatever markers are available from the art teacher, and plain white copy machine paper.
This project is incredibly important because it allows me to expand the opportunities that my students have to learn in social studies.
Social studies is a super fun class, and I do my best to make sure that ALL of my students feel that way as well!
