My Project

Hi everyone,

I teach middle and high school science at a rural public school where many of my students are eager to learn and explore the science behind things they see and experience.

They love asking questions, doing experiments, and exploring how the world works, but our classroom lacks many of the basic supplies that make hands-on science possible.

We’re hoping to build up our lab with essentials like safe chemicals for experiments, glassware (test tubes, beakers, flasks), goggles, gloves, and some basic lab equipment. These materials will allow my students to "actually" do science, not just read about it.

We also need some classroom tools, like more microscopes, science posters, and organization bins, to make our space safer and more efficient for everyone.

I want my students to experience the kind of learning that sticks with them, where they get to test ideas, see results, and get excited about discovery. These aren’t just supplies, they’re opportunities for kids to be inspired, ask questions, and maybe even see themselves as future scientists, doctors, or engineers.

Every bit of support helps us get closer to that goal. Thank you for believing in my students and helping me give them the kind of science education they deserve.
