This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My 5th grade students come from different backgrounds and learn using different modalities. I also work with students having different earning needs including both gifted students and students with disabilities. My students are amazing students, and they are ready to "Be Greater than Average."
My Project
In Miami, Florida, it rains almost every day during the summer season. But do our students understand why? Do our students understand the water cycle?
With the Water Cycle Lab and Water Cycle Game, I can create experiences to help my students to understand the water cycle movement and to acquire the vocabulary to enrich their learning experiences.
These resources will benefit my classroom and help create a realistic hands-on explanation of the water cycle. These resources will help our students succeed and create a love for science. At the end of these lessons, the students will have the confidence to explain the water cycle!
