Help me give my students hands-on science and math experiences. These kits will help bring the concepts to life for our students while reinforcing learning.
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are so happy to be back in school! They and are respectful, helpful, and eager to learn. They are working hard on daily assignments and participating in hands on group projects. They are dedicated learners and I couldn't be more proud of them.
My Project
So many of our students learn best through hands-on experiences. These science centers have colorful, organized activities that meet the science standards for third grade. Students will explore and learn about magnets, force and motion, weather, and animal adaptations. They will ask and answer questions, make predictions, solve problems, and discover more about the world around them. I always notice that students are motivated and excited by things they can explore, touch, build and play with. These activities will give them that opportunity while teaching them about physical, life and earth science. The math games will be a fun way for students to practice facts and fluency in multiplication and division.
