This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Help me give my students a Cricut Joy, accessories, and much-needed art supplies like cardstock and Sharpies to enhance their creativity as we embark on our journey of learning about renewable energy. My students will engage in hands-on activities while learning how to be agents of change in their environment. During our renewable vs nonrenewable unit, students will learn that there are no age constraints on effective civic participation within a community.
Some projects include: creating windmills, informative posters, solar-powered cars, and energy rollercoasters.
Our driving question: How do we, as fourth graders, communicate the importance of choosing renewable resources over nonrenewable resources whenever possible and making energy-efficient choices in our daily lives to our community?
