This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are tactile learners who benefit from board books with different textiles. Your donation will provide my students with textured books. Each requested book features bold photographs, bright colors, super-simple text and sturdy pages that my learners will enjoy.
These books will help my students acquire new vocabulary during our unit of The 5 Senses.
Bumpy, rough, soft, smooth and even sticky—these board books are filled with textures little ones will love to touch and explore!
Your donation will also provide my students with engaging books that help kids explore the alphabet—one letter at a time! These full-color books have vibrant photos and simple, easy-to-read text to keep kids involved…and the letters are color-coded within each book to make recognition a cinch!
