My Project
I love how determined my students are. Although many of my students face difficult circumstances, they come to school each day eager to learn, ask questions, and give their best effort. They inspire me with their excitement for learning and their ability to grow when given the right tools and support.
Hands-on materials like the Earth's Surface Module and Petri Dish Kits will let students explore microorganisms using real-world tools, sparking curiosity and scientific discovery.
Simple Circuits and Magnet Kits will help them build and test circuits, explore magnetism, and dive into STEM learning through hands-on investigation. Animal Figurines, Ocean Creatures, and X-Rays will enhance life science lessons by allowing students to classify, sort, and study adaptations in a fun, tactile way. Cell models provide a 3D look at plant and animal cells, making complex biology more understandable. Giant Magnetic Graphs, Fractions, Base Ten Blocks, and Pattern Blocks will make abstract math concepts like arrays, place value, and geometry more interactive and accessible. The Giant Magnetic Notebook Paper will support writing instruction and help organize science investigations during whole-group lessons.
All of the items in my cart allows for my students to use manipulatives, science kits, and interactive tools to see, touch, and experiment with the concepts we’re learning in science and math this school year. Instead of just hearing about a math strategy or reading about a science process, they’ll get to experience it firsthand. It is my hope that the use of these materials will spark deeper understanding, encourage critical thinking, and make learning more meaningful and memorable for every child in my classroom this school year.
