My Project

My students need hands-on math games to help them learn the foundational skills necessary to be successful mathematicians. My students don't come from homes where they play games so counting as you move a game piece around a board, a very basic, foundational skill, must be learned at school later than their peers in more affluent neighborhoods.

My students deserve to learn basic math skills in a fun, meaningful way to ensure their future success in math.

I want to take the fear out of math and make it fun so that all learners can be successful instead of overwhelmed.
