Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My Kindergarten students need hands-on learning activities to be able to stay focused and hit their various learning targets! They are very active 5&6-year-olds who are more than ready to learn. Their families are still struggling from being knocked down financially by Covid. They can’t worry about fun learning for their children while trying to make ends meet and feed their families.

I want to provide families with fun hands-on activities that we also use in the classroom.

These TPT activities can really help struggling children to be able to understand their academics. They can also help the family with social and emotional issues to become closer and more aware of one another. They can take some time to share in learning, and quite often the child can teach things to the parent as well, including the English language.
