My Project

Kindergarten students are all about hands-on learning that is engaging and fun. When learning is fun, it is memorable and that is my goal as a teacher, to make learning fun and memorable. The items I am asking for are easy prep centers and STEM manipulatives that will create opportunities for students to interact with one another while teaching each other math and phonics concepts.

Students in my class look forward to our center time each day and the ready to go centers I am asking for will allow me more time for small group instructional time.

This is a win for me and a win for my students who will go on to become great readers and mathematicians.

Kindergarten math is all about counting, counting and more counting. The math manipulatives that I am asking for will allow students to count with their favorite animals and objects creating an exciting and engaging environment for counting and learning.
