My Project

My students are special because they are able to see the world in a way that many of us could never imagine. They bring a new way of thinking and understanding to every task. I want to help them flourish in their thinking by providing them with more opportunities at hands-on learning within the classroom!

Not having the ability to interact with manipulatives and do hands-on activities really created a challenge for the students in my classroom during the pandemic.

The majority of my students need in person instruction to really grasp the concepts.

The requested resources will allow my students to catch up on basic skills that they were not able to gain during at home learning. Students will be able to learn different aspects of the curriculum while using hands-on activities and manipulatives. This will also allow them to have a better understanding of the concepts being taught.
