Hands On Learning

Help me give my students fun hands on activities and manipulatives so that we can work on language, math, reading, and social skills.

My Project

All of my students are young, energetic, and eager to learn. We need lots of hands on materials and opportunities to build, manipulate, and work collaboratively. Having games, building materials, literacy and math manipulatives, gives my students chances to learn and grow as students.

Children learn best when they are engaged, motivated and given the opportunity to do something.

The requested materials will really help students continue to grow with their social emotional learning and academic skills because they will have chances to work with partners, take turns, and learn from each other. Because of COVID 19, many students have not had the opportunities to work with a partner, play learning games with others, or take turns. All of these materials will give students those necessary and very important skills to practice in our classroom through fun and meaningful ways.
