My Project

Outdoor play is essential for the growth and development of children. It supports curiosity, encourages exploration, and gives opportunities to practice and develop both fine and gross motor skills.

I want to give my students vegetable and flower seeds to plant and grow a garden, books about planting seeds and insects, microscopes, backpack hooks for hanging their belongings outside, transparent letters and numbers for use in the sand table and jumbo magnet tiles for outdoor building.

As a TK teacher, it is my desire to give my students as many outdoor learning opportunities as possible to help them better learn about the world around them.
