Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Most items for this project are hands on learning materials to help my students learn from concrete to abstract. There are great resources for math, science, and reading.

Having new materials in our classroom will inspire the children to learn and give them self confidence in the quality of their learning and classroom.

I teach in a SPED resource classroom and what makes my students special is their compassion and empathy for all students.

My goal for this project is to inspire their learning with a new classroom makeover and make learning fun and engaging with their new learning materials as well as books and emotional regulation materials. Being a new teacher can make it hard to build my classroom, and having a hand with purchasing these items would make a difference not only in my life but for my current students and future students to come.
