My Project

My high school has a large number of students interested in pursuing health care careers. These students are fascinated by and curious about the human body. They love group work and labs that involve hands-on activities!

Please help me provide these students with high quality animal kidneys so they can see the kidney structure in real-life and better understand how it functions.

This hands-on experience is always anticipated with much excitement and also gives the students an opportunity to practice dissection skills.

These real animal kidneys are engaging and create an opportunity for group discussions, illustrating and labeling, and enable the students to better visualize structure and function relationships. They also increase retention of the material.
