My Project

My students are 4th and 5th graders who love using technology and learning. I work with every student in the community, therefore my students are very diverse in their backgrounds and learning styles. I work with all ranges from gifted and talented students to special education students. The one thing they have in common is that they are all enthusiastic.

Students arrive at my classroom door excited to work with new technologies.

I enjoy showing them the basics to get started and then watching their creativity come alive as they use technology to create and solve problems.

Magna-Tiles are magnetic blocks in a variety of colors and geometric shapes which encourage unlimited creative and imagination building possibilities.

These materials foster interest in the STEM topics that will prepare children to become the next generation of makers, creators, and learners.

Hands-on learning is essential when it comes to math and science. Magna-Tiles can be enjoyed by all ages and incorporated into all subjects. Students can experience working with game design, architecture, and coding.

Magna-Tiles foster creativity and learning. There are no user instructions for the magnetic shapes because there’s no wrong way to use them.
