My Project

My 20 students are so energetic, creative, and ready to learn. Our students are very diverse in their learning styles and backgrounds. We are in a high poverty urban area. Many of my students come from single parent homes where the parent is often working 2 or more jobs to make ends meet. Despite challenges that are beyond of their control, my students come to school with that "ready to learn something new" attitude. My job as their teacher is to keep the momentum and love for learning growing and to give them a positive learning environment.

Students will be able to use new hands on learning activities to help enhance their centers time.

These learning activities will also give us more options to choose from when doing centers to enhance the skills that they have already learned.
