This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are a group of adventurous, determined, energetic 4-5 year old children that are ready to explore and discover the many opportunities they are offered.
The students in my preschool collaborate a classroom are a group of children that provide each other support by interacting with each other through play and concrete experiences.
The collaborative environment is a great way for children with moderate to severe needs who are eligible for special education to learn from their typical peers in the least restricted environment.
My Project
My students will benefit from these supplies at home because they will be used for hands on activities that will be an extension of a learning activity. The following is a brief description of a few activities that students will benefit from, students will use the supplies to help support their hand eye coordination during lacing, sensory support when using slime and play dough, self expression with the paint sticks, art development with wiki sticks, science discoveries with the magnet dots and math and engineering activities when building with the stackable cubes.
