My Project
I love seeing the look on my students' faces when they have their "a-ha moments" -- it is one of the greatest things about being a teacher! My students love seeing the material they're learning about come to life. These materials will do just that...
These materials will give my students opportunities to become hands-on with physics and see hair-raising demonstrations!
Students will get to map the magnetic field around and between bar magnets, measure the spring constant of various springs using Hooke's Law, and find the index of refraction for different optical media! The other materials on the list will also help provide students with meaningful STEM experiences.
