This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Several of my students forget to bring a water bottle to school each day. When they get thirsty, they have to leave the classroom and walk to the playground where the water fountain is located to get a drink.
The constant need to leave the classroom to drink water is causing learning loss and disruption of learning.
Help provide my students with reusable water bottles and supplies to clean them in the classroom. I plan on having the students leave the water bottles at school so that they always have the ability to fill up their water bottle and stay hydrated.
