This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help my students stay hydrated in school. My students come from a low economic background and struggle to provide water on a daily basis. We live in Texas which is hot most of the year. It's hard not being able to provide water for them. My school was able to obtain a filtered water system for them to be able to fill a reusable water container. This task has also been hard to maintain. The project is for all students to receive their very own reusable water bottles. The students will be able to fill them here at school and stay hydrated and healthy. The vinyl and the weeding tools will help me personalize the reusable containers with their names.
