My Students
My 500 elementary students in grade 1 through grade 5 are funny, kind and energetic. Students attend P.E. classes two times a week. They enjoy every second of physical education class and I strive to make each activity as exciting as possible.
We are always trying to come up with new ways to motivate them and teach them new skills.
They are eager to learn and be successful every day. Please consider funding this project to provide these fantastic kids with a new experience.
My Project
Educational gymnastics is one of the most enjoyed units of the year. This unit increases a student's body awareness and muscular strength. We love performing cartwheels and handstands as well as tricks on the balance beams.
The requested equipment will greatly enhance our gymnastics experience.
The Kip Bar will provide my students the ability to learn kips, forward and backwards flips around the bar, as well as other skills that will improve their muscular strength. The wedge and octagon mats will assist my students in their forward/backward roll and back-bend walkovers techniques.
My students love movement and are always willing and eager to try something new. Please consider giving them the opportunity to learn these new skills.
