Guide Words to Guide Students

My students need 20 copies of a good children's dictionary.

This project is fully funded

I teach third grade at a very low-income school. We are lacking an essential classroom necessity to fulfill all requirements for the third grade standards of learning.

I need to teach my students basic dictionary skills, but we do not have a class set of dictionaries! Having a set on our shelf would make my job a lot easier.

A class set of dictionaries would solve that problem! We would have them on the shelf to use anytime! The students need to be able to identify guide words, find the parts of speech, and write meaningful definitions for vocabulary and spelling words.
