GSB Giving Back

Help me give my students the experience of giving back to our community by helping others. We would like to donate this book box to Herring Run Park, to be installed along one of their hiking trails.

My Project

Help our school of Baltimore students in grades Kindergarten through Fifth grade, give back to the less fortunate in our community by gifting us an outdoor lending library kit. We will donate this box to Herring Run Park, our community park, to provide travel-size hygiene products to the homeless.

We want to periodically fill this outdoor lending library box with travel-size hygiene items for the homeless by completing collection donation drives at our school.

Then once a quarter or monthly visit the park to restock our box with travel-size hygiene products for the less fortunate to use. This project will be a way for us to periodically give back to those less fortunate than we are while developing awareness, community, and generosity to others.
