My Project
In Perry, Utah, our 5th-grade Dual Immersion class aims to build a growth mindset and SEL skills using Spanish books. Our students want to improve their Spanish while understanding their feelings. With the Achieve It! Spanish SEL Growth Mindset Mindfulness book set, we can connect stories to their lives, boosting their confidence and resilience.
We face a challenge: we aim to enhance our Spanish intervention program with materials that reflect our students' backgrounds.
These books blend SEL and language learning, supporting diverse needs and student progress.
Imagine small group discussions and reflections linking stories to real-life experiences. We’re not just teaching; we’re growing a community where self-awareness and empathy flourish. This project equips students with skills to tackle challenges confidently.
