My Project
The growth mindset is critically important foundation I ensure to implement in my Math classroom. I always ask my students what we can do to improve this Math classroom learning dynamics and why. My students and I agreed that my classroom need to improve and accommodate the diverse students' needs. As I teach at Deaf/Special Education state school where more than half of my Deaf students have an additional disability/needs. I have several students who needs to basically run a mile before be able to coming to my classroom and sit calmly. However, I do wholeheartedly cherish all of my students as I do believe that they do absolutely want and absolutely can learn and grow academically, and socially. I want to be able to support and accommodate their learning needs by providing diverse chairs according to their needs.

I am a teacher at Deaf state school funded by the state where the high percentage of my students are from low-income households, and every students receive a free breakfast and lunch. The overall picture of school budget is very tight and limit. My school will not be able to fund and support the purchase of diverse type of gross motor motion chairs. I will love to surprise my students with brand new standing motion desk chair to support their accommodation learning needs in my Math class.
