My Project
Students learn and cope through play. Although we have been back in the classroom for a couple of years after the Covid-19 pandemic, I want my students to continue to thrive in the classroom.
To enhance my students’ social emotional learning, I want to provide a means for them to continue to grow through play.
Students will learn through play with safety protocols in place to keep them safe and healthy.
Through creative play, I want my students to have access to a variety of activities which include LEGO bricks, building toys, magnetic building blocks, and other stimulating hands-on materials, to enhance their social and emotional growth. While indoors, my students will be able to enhance verbal skills and team building skills with the use of the STEM activities. The 8-Tray Organizers will keep activities separate between students. We will store the trays on the organizer and disinfect them between student uses.
My students are amazing, and this project full of fun and creative activities will continue to enrich their social and emotional well-being!
