My Students
My classroom is a special education room. I have students who have various intellectual disabilities and autism needs. We are blessed to have a great administration who helps, guides, and supports not only the teachers but also the students. As admin and teachers, we work together to provide the best for the students. We encourage them the strive to be the absolute best they can be.
In our Title I school, we service a rural community.
We are growing more and more each and every year. With the sizes of the classes growing all the time, it can be challenging to have the correct or right amount of materials for everyone. Having extra resources can assist the students to become the best they can be.
My Project
Due to COVID-19, technology has been on the rise in schools. All students need to know how to use a variety of technology. All technology skills come from practicing fine motor skills. My students need to be able to practice their fine motor skills and translate those skills to different devices. All these products will help my students gain control of their fine motor skills. I want them to be able to practice and gain confidence. These products will help them to practice in different ways and have fun while doing it! Technology is here to stay and all students deserve to gain the skills and knowledge in how to use it to the best of their ability.
